Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer of Harmony of Peace and Love Limited (the “Company”), registration number 77211941, registered at 50 Stanley Street, World Trust Tower, Suite C, Level 7, Central, Hong Kong, to any adult individual (the “Customer”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of access to online courses and consultations on the terms set out below (the “Agreement”).

1. Acceptance

1.1. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the payment of the selected plan, or, for the Individual plan, the payment of the invoice agreed with the Company.

1.2. By accepting the offer, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Company provides the Customer with access to educational materials on yoga, meditation, breathing practices and personal development (video lessons, webinars, PDF materials, chats) and, depending on the plan, personal online consultations (the “Services”).

3. Price and payment

3.1. Prices are stated in US dollars on the Website. Payment is made in advance, 100%, via the payment methods available on the Website or by invoice.

3.2. The Company may change prices; changes do not apply to plans already paid.

4. Provision of access

4.1. Access details are sent to the Customer's email within 2 business days after payment.

4.2. The access period starts from the date access is granted. Personal consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement within the access period; unused consultations expire at the end of the period.

5. Refunds

5.1. The Customer may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if they have not used more than 20% of the plan's materials and have not attended any personal consultation.

5.2. In other cases, a refund may be made in proportion to the unused part of the Services, less costs actually incurred by the Company.

5.3. Refund requests are sent to finance@hpllimited.com and processed within 10 business days, using the original payment method.

7. Health disclaimer

7.1. The Services are educational and are not medical or psychological treatment. They do not replace consultation with a doctor or a licensed specialist.

7.2. The Customer performs the practices voluntarily and at their own risk. Results depend on the Customer's individual characteristics and effort and are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials belong to the Company or are used under licence. The Customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials during the access period.

9. Liability

9.1. The Company's total liability under the Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant plan.

9.2. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by the Customer's equipment, internet connection or third-party platforms, or for force majeure events.

10. Term and termination

The Agreement is valid until the end of the access period of the paid plan. The Company may suspend access if the Customer materially breaches these Terms (including sharing materials).

11. Governing law and disputes

The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties will seek to resolve disputes by negotiation; written claims are reviewed within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes are referred to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
